If I install an exp cap remover to BGII will this cause a problem with ToB. I've just gone out of the Underdark and have hit the exp cap and I'm refusing to go on, untill I buy ToB, so that I don't waste any experience. (I finished the game before). Can I get an exp cap remover to do the job ToB, would do?

If you import characters to ToB, ToB will bump your characters up or down to 8.5M XP. I think the same thing happens if you play through from the end battle of SoA...but I'm not positive on that last...
You should continue playing your game. Even if you hit the cap, the game still keeps track of XPs accrued and should tack them on once you install ToB. There shouldn't be any "loss" of XPs, per se... ------------------  Now where did I leave that doughnut?! |

Thanks for the input. If ToB does indeed add any "lost" experience points from BGII I won't risk it with the cap remover.
