Hi everyone! I just registered today! Can someone tell me where can I find the broken key to open the door in IWD to kill the wolf in one of the houses? Maybe it has no importance since I'm in the Easthaven (Kuldahar cave),with the orcs and I need to kill the big guy with the note to bring to Hrothgar.. what do I need to kill him? he hits me with the flair and I die...! By the way I am all alone (no partners) should I get someone else? Thanks for your help!

First of all, welcome to the Ironworks !! [img]smile.gif[/img]
About the door, you have to picklock it using a thief or hit it with your strongest warrior. About your party, you should build a party of 6 characters, because IWD doesnt have NPCs, and going solo is very hard (specially if this is your fist time through).

sounds like you are going to have to start again. you should create six characters right at the beginning. try to have at least one character with these classes (multi class or not) fighter, thief, mage,cleric. Good luck!

The first time that I did this quest I didn't have a thief in my group so I just used the fighter to force the door. After I restarted the game (due to many unforseen deaths), I had my thief pick the lock.
