How to Change Document Icons

Okay, I've got this story about the United States and I really wanna change the Icon of the Document to this really cute American Flag Icon. Can any one tell me how to change the icon?

My Computer is a Window's XP

Can`t you click with your right mouse button and choose Change Icon under Properties?

try right clicking on the desktop, choose active desktop-->customize my desktop, and choose the effects manu bar.the last thing, click on change icon, and locate the flag file of yours and write it in the file name space.hope it works.
