Bit of a caning happening at the moment eh. It's Freddie Flingtoff and the Seven Dwarfs against the Baggy Greens. If we can get KP early tomorrow I reckon it would be massive.

Ah yes, this is something I'm familiar with. England all out for less than 200 on the third day, spending a whole day futilely attacking Australia's wicket to try and get all out and have a decent amount of time to play, and then clinging on desperately by the finger nails, while Freddy Flintoff scores a century after lunch on the last day and manages to stay in long enough to get a draw.
In England we call this a "victory".

Right now there is no gaurantee that it will go past day 3. Just 17 pommie wickets between us and 1-0. People buying last day tickets to an Australia v England test are eternal optimists .

My money is on it all being over by today. The Australian cricket board will be furious So much money it has to refund!

You may be right mate. Kinda disappointing... 5/101 at the moment. Ian Bell will have to do some magic. England need 400 just to avoid the follow on. Can't see that happening at the moment. Bell needs a double ton at least.
Well Kudos to Ponting! |
