). Careful: DO NOT READ THE BUNNY THREAD THROUGH ON ONE GO. I think Sharpedge got permanent brain damage from doing that... Rhode Island? I used to live in Connecticut. Nice around there, but I prefer Europe. Hi again!

Europe has nice, old cities which are more compressed than American cities. Here I can ride my bike everywhere I want to go in town - 10 minutes to school, 5 minutes to a grocery store, etc. I can even walk to town if I don't want to bike - 15 minutes. I consider school in Germany to be better than in America, at least the part that I went to. I do miss going for occasional walks in the woods etc. but I consider that a small price to pay. Also - the bread is better

When we lived in the US, my dad baked our bread because he (and the rest of the family) hated the American kind. I could go on...

And I can REALLY relate to what you said about the bread - the lack of good bread was the single most important "privation" during my year at a American high school. Of course,there were also lots of things I learnt to appreciate there ...
