Yep. [img]smile.gif[/img] He was caught, like many of us were with @Home accounts, when Excite/@Home went bankrupt. Some of the providers who took over made the transfer to their new system internally; others required that you change your address and perform a variety of computer-specific operations. Kevin Donner forgot about the changes.
