I'm not sure this will qualify as a riddle in the classic sense, but here goes.

While traveling down a road to your destination, the road forks.
One way leads to your death the other leads to your destination.
There are two brothers, one always tells the truth, the other always lies.
You may ask only one question of either of the brothers.
What is your question?

Ask either brother something like " Which road would your brother tell me takes me to my destination" then take the other one

Wasn't that in Labrynth? Just before she goes into the 'BOG OF ETERNAL STENCH' - I'll have to watch the whole thing now, just to find out

I think I got the answer :

You must ask any of the two guys what path the other guy would say is the good one.

Let's say good path is 1, wrong path is 2.
If you ask the question to the Truth guy, he will say truthly that the other guy would say 2, as the other guy will be lying by saying 2.
If you ask the question to the Liar guy, he will lie and say that the other guy would say 2, as the other guy will be telling the truth by saying 1.

So whomever guy you ask the question, he will say 2, so you have to take the other path, the number 1 !

I don't get it.

If you ask the "lying" brother this question - then he would obviously point to the DEATH door, leaving you to get out in the CORRECT door.

But if you ask the "truth" brother, then he would point to the CORRECT door: then you take the OTHER door which is the DEATH door!!

Remember, you only have one question to ask one so it's still not possible to risk a all-safe-out route without risking death anyway!!

The answer would be an impossibility!
