I had no idea my country was the number 16 in the world, on military expenditures. They've been cutting militairy budgets for years now.

There must be some errors in your statistics. Canada is at number 14 at military expending. I mean how many horses do the RCMP need? LLAO! I see that my beautiful country is not on the top 25 list of external debts.
