Freedom Fighters had an excellent soundtrack. Definately one of my favorites. It was partly made by the Hungarian Radio Choir. You can listen to a part of it here, if you like. Another good one was the Wing Commander IV intro movie. The soundtrack did an excellent job pulling you into the game. On occasions, I'd start the game just to listen to it You can listen to it here. I think it was done by George Oldenzie (spelling). Besides that, the Planescape Torment soundtrack was just brilliant. Probably the best to date. Especially the themes of your individual party members (and characters like Deionara) Interplay used to host all the tracks for free, but they're gone now. Last, Baldurs Gate: Throne of Bhaal also had some great music (Watchers Keep, for instance). Very epic. Probably the best from the series

Battle realms had a pretty good soundtrack, probably the best for an RTS I've ever heard.
