I just looked in my little monster manual and saw this about the CloudDragon

Cloud dragons are reclusive creatures that dislike intrusions. They rarely converse, but if persuaded to do so they tend to be taciturn and aloof. They have no respect whatsoever for creatures that cannot fly without assistance from spells or devices.

also this was something that was way of target

INTELLIGENCE: Genius (17-18)

Guess our monster manual makers never met our own little Cloud Dragon

HA!! , She's our Official Welcome Wagon!

I really like that online Monster Manual, kinda cool! I own 3 Monster Manuals, but don't use them much anymore (Until NWN comes out)!

Where on earth did you get the idea that Cloudy is a dragon? She's a bard! Of course she's supposed to converse!

and she is VERY intelligent!

On the same level of searching........I found this:

MELUSINE

Melusine was a beautiful girl who as the result of some very complicated magic turned into a fish every Saturday. The spell could be broken only by a husband who agreed never to enter her presence on that day. At last Melusine's husband broke his promise and Melusine disappeared forever.

Very Interesting!

Why of course Rikard!
thats the first thing I thought too. Anyone who doesn't see that as a compliment must have a few screws loose.

Interesting... A cloud dragon, though it doesn't seem to resemble cloudy that much does it.

She's a CloudSwiffer, not a CloudDragon.
