Some NWN modules refuse to open now, displaying the above message.
Some weeks ago I had to install NWN from scratch (Originally version 1.59.8037 with SoU&HotU, then patched to version 1.68 and then CEP 2.0). Nothing else! Is something wrong or is this something due to the 1.68 version? What are those talk files anyway? |

Make sure you put CEP2's cep2_v1.tlk in your /tlk folder and you should be fine, unless of course you're attempting to run/join a mod with a .tlk you don't have.

cep2_v1.tlk is in place - the mods I tried to open have no additional tlks in the download site... Am I missing any tlks from former patches?
Or, maybe, is this caused because my installation of NWN is not in the default folder? [not under c:\Program Files but in another HD in a "Games" folder] EDIT: NM - fixed it - must have both CEP 1.x and CEP 2.x installed! [ 11-03-2006, 05:01 PM: Message edited by: Mervian ] |

That was going to be my first question...CEP 2 isn't backwards compatible.
