Pyramid well now explain the positioning on that and I'll tell ya, Have you ever done push ups with someone else doing them at the same time i.e. your legs are interlocked ? and then walk around like a crab like this also ? We did in my gung fu class, talk about being hard to do. I need that beer now, I just broke a sweat thinking about those

Elif, it where you do ten rest in a position of a push up do nine then eight 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 all the way back up to ten. its the equivlent of doing over a hundred push ups without stoping and you rotated between regular push ups and diamond push ups. but what you said sounds hard!

hmmn hop-skotch rugby is great u need great ball to rope co-ordination, hmmn we taking bets on the mud wrestle? i got fifty quid on LB, wow ive doubled my money dudes woo hoo.

Yea done those, cant say I liked them much. Thats almost as fun as rolling down into the push up positionand rolling out like yer diving till your back is all the way arched holding it then doing it in reverse and all the way back up to hold it, kinda like your rocking back and forth but really slowly.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Sunday is PT (physical training) at the armory! Two and a half hour work out and run here I come!
