Mentioning your website is fine IMHO, just as long as you don't go overboard with it. We're all part of a global community here.
Just a comment - perhaps by not mentioning payment HERE, and making it clear on your site itself that if people can order they CAN, would be even better and would certainly be in the spirit of "no advertising for commercial gain".
