Tanner(/Twisted Rune) quest (SPOILERS!!!)

So, I solved the murders, killed the Tanner in Trademeet, found the merchant and bought the book. So far, so good....

But!!!!

1: What is the name of the master refered to in the Tanner note (i.e. the name you are supposed to construct the merchants former name from), and how do you know that? And,

2: He then asks for blood from a silver dragon. And are there any other places to get that, than from Avalon in the underdark? 'cause if there isn't, I'm screwed, since I have already been there and Avalon is gone...Please don't spoil me too much...I can do with hints...I hope...Thanx!!!

Don't remember the name, but you can just try out every possible answer if you're desperate.
As for the blood, there is only the silver dragon in the underdark. If you really want it you can always use shadowkeeper or the create item code (which I don't know from the top of my head but would probably be mics??).
You should just stick with the shadow dragon armour. I like that one better

Another thing ,if you attack him BEFORE buying the book, a group of Twisted Rune mages teleport in and attack you.
