I've been playing for a while and it's really taken a long time to get the Harper stuff with Jaheria going. I just finished chapter 6 and it still is not resolved. Is there a certain amount of time that has to pass before each stage? The Romance plot is still going slow as well -- I know I've said all the right things but it's still taking a while. Any suggestions?

Hi, first of all: love your name! Good choice.
Welcome to the Forum No the Harper quest just is REALLY SLOW to develop, all you can do is wait (and wait, and wait) Sometimes, resting a few times helps to trigger some more dialogue from Jaheira ------------------ Melusine Your voice is ambrosia |

I think this happens somewhat ramdom.
When I by some reason didn't want Jaheira to leave at the point when they came for her I reloaded and left that map quickly after. And it took several days 'til they came for her next time ------------------ |

She was picked up pretty early for me the first time I played and I was not so very expreience so they kicked as when Jaheira brought me there so I reloaded and did a lot other quest before doing the quest in the harper hold

It is an interesting name, even if Lanfear who used to be Meiran is now Osan'gar.

Jaheira's quest didn't finish until very nearly the end for me. It was worth it though, as she gets a very useful item.
Spoiler . . . . . . . . Elminster approached her when I met Drizzt and his party, just before my final showdown with Bohdi. By this time, all the side quests were finished, except hers. ------------------ Never accept an invitation from Wolfgir to a BBQ! |

Lots of steps... in those whole Harper thing.. she is finally really talking to me. And it seems to happen after I just finish a side quest and come out... I wonder what would happen if I kicked everyone out but me and her. he he.
