Perhaps the two of them just had to let out some steam. Oooh that was bad... Have you called your former boss up?

But, Luvian.......we were up then. I mean, I think that's the weird thing. You were up and awake. It's like they knew. Is it common for you to be up and awake at 4:30 am?

So, find out what they wanted. You shoulda answered the door. Maybe you could have either gotten your old job back or at least gotten a free tort suit outta the deal.

You could have gotten out your gun and wounded them. Then told the police you thought they were trying to break in to your house

Sounds like they wanted something less then friendly to me...

You should do it to them, but hotwire a company truck first and crash it into your bosses apartment, that'll teach him.

That is amazingly frightening. I would definitely call them and as what that was all about! You are right, it is an invasion of your privacy! Did you by chance work the late shift? Still what could've been so fricking important to pester you at that hour of the morning? Whether you were awake or not! Bunch of crap if you ask me.

I can't believe you didn't answer the door. I would have been really curious what he had to say, no matter what time it was.

I think you were right not to answer the door. Yes you were up and, presumably, had the lights on and all but that's no excuse. You are no longer their employee, by their own choice, so they had no right to do that. It's not only rude to you but your neighbors as well.

but I think you should call them simply cause now I'm curious as to what they could have wanted
