What's the most annoying key on the keyboard? - Page 2

I like the windows key for work.. but yeah for vids it can blow.. I hate keyboards that have small backspace keys.. small ones the same size a letter key..

All my keys are annoying me at the moment - when I recently reinstalled Windows I accidentally set it up for US keyboard, all the symbols are in the wrong places! [img]graemlins/crying.gif[/img]

Sony sucks at designing effective keyboards.

There is this little button down here on the left called a "Fn" key, it's used in combination with the arrow keys, which are also the home, end, and page keys. I can't really write effectively anymore, mostly because of this poor keyboard setup.

Just go to control panel and regional settings and change your input locale to UK. You might have to add it to the list of choosable ones first. I think tha should solve it, if not take a look in windows help for how to change keyboard region.

Hmm I never hit the windows key by accident. I have to agree that insert near backspace is pretty annoying cos I've also hit it accidently and put Word into overwrite mode.

The caps lock button, it's the only friggin cap in my house i can't put on my head.

The "Caps lock" key wins my prize for most annoying. It is right next to my "A" key and I am constantly hitting it , instead of the "A" key. If I dont pay attention I end up wrighting whole posts and things all in caps, which I then have to go back and correct.

This is the equivalant of a right click with the mouse for the main part of the application. At least in explorer it is.

My most annoying key is 'Caps Lock'. Whenever I am typing anything I always brush up against it.
