Okay, my leg is still injured, so I couldn't take part in the sprint tornament that my club had been relying on me for.
 But today I started moving bak into slow jogs (you can't move to fast, or you could pull a tendon, which is NOT fun) and there was an old man up at the track. He had to be 70 something, and from the words of the people watching him (me being the eternal eavesdropper) he was running 26 miles around the track, which would take him hours. And he did this EVERY WEDNESDAY!!! I was thinking WOW! I'm a sprinter, always have been, so I only run up to 3000 metres, but even the long distance runners were amazed.

That equals out to seven and a half miles. If you sprint that then you are a god!! Or you have a car or something.... but then it isn't a sprint now is it?
