Just trying to get some ideas and planning on going back through the OC (I know, I know but I never beat it). Trying to figure out what would be the best mix for a tank above all tanks. What about Fighter through OC and then levels of Weapons Master and Dwarven Defender? With that, what weapon would you choose? Any other thoughts on a better plan? Just chime in, I'm all ears! Thanks!

Fighter/WM/DD Specializing in the Dwarven war Axe.

lots of points in to Strenght and Con. Make sure your Int is 13 or you won't be able to take WM

Would look really cool.

If your looking to take it all the way to level 40 then maybe 20 levels of Fighter (gets you lots of feats) 7 levels of Weapon master, then 13 levels of DD.

I'd not go with the dwarven waraxe for two reasons. One, it has a bad threat range where with the Weapon Master you'll want to have every hit be a critical if at all possible.
Two, there aren't any in the OC; you'd have to import them.

Rapiers and scimitars are the classic WM weapons, or kukri for dual-wielding.

You could replace the Dwarven waraxe with the Bastard Sword. Same damage range, same crit, and they are much more frequent in the OC.

Are you sure it was a dwarven war axe?
