What is it made of? I remember when the song came out in the early 80's the talked about it, but I can't remember.

This site can probably explain it a lot better than I can!

Cheers,

A yeast and cheese spread that's black? That's a bit scary....EWWWWW!

Of course, I shouldn't put it down too much. I really enjoy potted meat and Vienna sausages, which my co-worker claims(and probably isn't exaggerating much) are made of "brains, elbows, and a$*holes"

A bowl of Cheerios topped with berries and a glass of orange juice or V8. You'd be amazed what a few strawberries/blueberries/raspberries can do for a bland old bowl of Cheerios.

I was eating "potato & egg tacos" (flour tortillas) for breakfast at school every other day and then I did a Diet Analysis and saw how much cholesterol/saturated fat I was putting into my system. Its no wonder I started having chest pains again LOL. My onion bagels with lots of butter and cream cheese are going out the door too but not permanently like the potatoes and eggs...I'll save them for the weekends.

Lately its been fruit, a slice of whole grain toast and some milk every day rather than every other day since I am used to eating breakfast again and feel faint if I don't get it.

Today though it wasn't enough and I ate a large and early lunch, napped soon afterward and woke up starving near dinner time...I think my body is fighting getting sick with a cold everyone around me has though because I have never needed the extra energy and rest that my body has demanded like it has today, its just bizarre.

I tend to spend enough time in the a.m. doing everything but eating before I leave so I eat in my car on the way to school too.

I think another quickie breakfast that is good for the car would be one of those thingies made in one of those thingies that make the "sealed toasted sandwiches"...some fruit (or even pie filling out of a can) in between two slices of grilled mixed-grain bread and the sandwich maker cuts them in half and seals them too....yummy! Apples and Brie...Hmmmmmm I think I actually have one of those things around here somewhere unless I left it with my son. I'll have to have a look around now!
