well I take my names from the characters of my Pen & paper RPGs or from former CRPGS where they were prenamed NPCs and I like them. Unfortunatel I prefer human only games, so I had to make some of them up for my pigs and rats and all this stuff

After an old Mage the ascension character of mine (no he was not a tiger, he was a chinese called Tigers Claw. I think they finally named a Battleship after him)

Well most lizard I know tend to be dragons or other very potent bad guys, so I rather made up a different name with a similar feeling of loads of s or z

Pixie Warlock Alenna
Luckily 2 ,month before this game, my girlfriend started Roleplaying just in time to provide me with a name for my female mages. typical male choice is Auron with a similar naming background.

So I would say, most of them stolen from other people, but all with an story behind them.
