Olympic measurements
I just noticed that they are measuring the long jump in feet. Anybody know why they use both metric and imperial?

Re: Olympic measurements
Universal understanding of the distances involved? When I was a kid it was all imperial, now it's all messed up 'cause we get a bit of both, so probably also for the oldies (not that I'm pointing a finger at anyone round here)
