Title says it all. I'm headed for Lower Dorn's and some insane Tarnished Sentries. I am going to need this spell big time, and I don't seem to have it; I've checked all my scroll cases. I must have overlooked it somewhere.
Anybody remember where exactly it is? I think it's either in Dragon's Eye or the Severed Hand, but I don't know precisely.

One of the mage stores might have it: Orrick, Bandonth, or Lehland. There is another store in Lower Dorn's Deep...if you can find it.

I've been through the game a few times, I'm sure I can find that scrawny, conniving little wretch again. However, I think there's only one Stoneskin scroll in the main game, and you have to find it, not buy it.
I seem to recall that it's in the Severed Hand somewhere, but I don't know exactly where. [ 12-23-2004, 08:15 PM: Message edited by: Aerich ]

Found it! Severed Hand, northern tower, level 2. On a table with a gem and an Icelance scroll.

Does anyone ever use Icelance? I don't think I ever have.

I use it, although not all that often. It's a decent single-target damager. Cold damage and a stun effect are nice against fire-using creatures. I killed Shikata (fire salamander king) with it once.

I always use 'Protection from Normal Missiles' (I think that's how it's called... too lazy to look it up right now ) on my frontline fighters and let the Sentries focus on them. Work's like a charm... unless they get magical throwing axes in higher difficulty levels.

There is one copy in the Severed Hand (which you found) and one in AR9800 (I believe area is that's part of ToLM).
