I have a pal whose parents have rented a house for the last 8 monts and now their pesky landlord has started fighting with them and abusing his authority, he has just increased the rent too and now he wants them to evict very soon, my friend asked me about any specific thing he should know about in this situation, like for how much time can they keep the house if a notice hasnt been issued and stuff like that, i have no idea since we've got out own neat 'lil house since the beginning, perhaps you can add something!
Thanks in advance, from me and my pal ! |

If no notice is given, he can`t evict them. Once notice is given, there is a minimum period of 30 days for new accomodation to be arranged.

First he raises the rent, and then he wants to evict them ? That doesn't make any sense to me.
