Fire... Now... Kill him... the Hive Mind whispered in Kaerban's thoughts. His right hand, the one holding the firing lever, twitched. This was weird. Unexpected. "He must be tired of living, all those centuries must get to you", Kaerban thought, but didn't fire yet. The warp charge would surely kill him, Kaerban never heard of anything stopping a warp power-round. "Just., just who are you?" he said. Kaerban thought he was doing someone's very dirty work. He normally had no problem with dirty work, but killing someone as powerfull as the man now in his sights was had to amount to something huge. He thought that in the end, he was killing everyone and everything by destroying this man. I said.. Kaerban felt a pain rising up his back, and in the back of his head ...fire. Now! Kaerban held the weapon tightly, but aimed a few feet away from Kai.

Kai repositioned himself infront of the weapon's aim...

there was a battle on the island before we got here, but everyone seems to be alive, I think kai was here, but there is another, one I have never heard of before.....the 2 you just sent here were babbling about one as huge as kai....but that is not possible...is it? is there something you are not telling us commander? why is that look on your face?

"It's the Hiv..." his tone changed "The Hive Mind is the god that is about to kill you." Kaerban was losing control to the armor, to the Hive. The Mass Drive fired, but Kaerban was able to aim away again. Fire appeared and circled Kaerban I can and will kill you. It is you or him. the voice said. Fireballs now flashed all around Kaerban and suddenly flew at Masakari. Kaerban was now thinking that it might be better to just kill him. He grabbed another warp round and charged the weapon. He stopped. He aimed. He set the weapon down. Griting his teeth with the pain, he tried his best to just do nothing. His arms now moved to aim the weapon.

At once... Kaerban fired directly toward Kai...

There was a momentary pause as the echo of the round being fired resounded in the air...

Kaerban looked up... Kai had clasped his hands infront of him... He opened up his fingers and the discharged shell, still smoking... fell to the ground...

"Only one person can stop a warp power-round... And that's Shinokorosha... Only one person can manipulate the soul cells and bring chaos to the universe... and that is Shinokorosha... And there is only one person who is capable of stopping Shinokorosha... And that is me... So you can tell your superior that if he or she has trouble sleeping at night with the fact that someone as powerfull as I are able to live at the same time they do, then you can reasure them that I am the only reason that they are able to sleep, even if they cannot while in fear of me..."

"The hive mind... does not sleep..." An electronic voice echoed out from kaerban's armor... "What?" he thought on the inside... "He can speak through me!?"
"I have finally managed to measure the fullest of your abilities, Kai... and I am unimpressed... I have seen all that will ever be and I already know that your existance shall come to an end just like the existance of everything else in this multiverse which defies me... The onslaught you shall bring upon yourself by defying me is immesurable beyond your years of living while I ahve ruled..."
"You god damned toaster..." Kai said softly... "I have been keeping you safe all of these years... and You DARE to even THREATEN to bite the hand which feeds you life!"
"You feed me nothing, as this avatar has demonstrated I can give your powers to anyone I please... and that is why your life is now worthless to me, and more threatening than even Korosha..."

Kai held his palm out and the armor around Kaerbans Body split apart and fell off... His arm's covering opened multiple pannels, revealing Kai's powerplant... it was filled with hundreds of thousands of soul cells... Kaervan's scanners were so overworked that it nearly blinded him... but then his helmet came off... he felt metal in his veins leaking out of him... onto the ground... he ghasped for air and for the first time in a long time... breathed a breath... blinked his eyes... and all at once he was whole again... He fell to his knees... Naked before Kai... the Sun glinting off of Kai's Armor, The soul cells energy bathing everything in a red light...

"Every time I kill him... I graft a part of him onto my body... This is something which cannot be replicated... and this is why I have lived so long..." Kai's arm closed up and he looked at Kaerban...
"Be free..." He said... And at once Kaerban found himself face down in some sand...

"we've lost all our Intel! The hive mind has seized controll of our computers, we're having to communicate on a contriband frequency, we don't know anything about another Kai except that we saw 2 Kais when we tried to scan the dimension you're in! Listen! You have to get Kai to leave immediatley and stop pursuing Shinokorosha, then you need to find Shinokorosha and make sure he isn't killed! This needs to take priority over everything else..."

"Sir" a man called out in the background... "Our machines have started becoming manipulated by some force... it looks like... OH MY GOD!" Red light started flashing in the back of the room...

"Oh my god! Rapture Phage!"

"We're want you to get Shino and Kai and rondevous with us in Ooma-Scooma! Tell Kai to obey these orders... Tell him Delilah-"

The monitor cutt off to a general warning statement brodcast on all holovid frequencies connected to Hundred Earths.

"This is a city-wide alert... Rapture Phage have been detected in the - PLEASE DISREGARD THE PREVIOUS WARNING! These orders come from Deus Ex Machina directly... Find and Kill These three men..."

The screen cutt off... then the mug shots of the leader of the Lylock's guild appeared, along with the president of Poletzai's Mugshot, and the mugshot of some teifling nobody recognized.

Important note: The mercenaries have a problem. You can either choose to liten to the guild leaders who are NOT your leaders, or you can choose to trust Hive Mind's orders, don't care about Shinokorosha, and just want to pursuit and eliminate your other designated target and these men which you have been ordered to kill on sight.

Either way you will need to contact the diviner as he's your only lead on where Shino, Kai and the target are...

Suddenly you hear the sound of a body flopping ontot he sand behind you, everyone turns and sees a Naked teifling face down int he sand. As he pushes himself up, you catch a glimpse of his face... its the same as the third face on the monitor...

Kaerban blikned. He understood what happened, just not how. He got up, and found that he wasn't tired at all. He looked around to see where exactly he was. "He's here!" Kaerban heard a shout from behind him. He turned to see a mob, armed with whatever they could find, running towards him. He took a step back. "What are you all..!" he asked, but started running. His body ached from all the metal that was inside him a moment ago. "Why the hell are they chasing me!?" Kaerban yelled. A moment later, he saw his face on a monitor, and everything was clear.

Level on informity on exactly what's going on:

Kaerban knows that hive mind is power hungry and insaine
Tatsuko, Hikari, the Lylock Leader, and Poletzai President have a good idea
Sanjeet, Keal, and Larinia know that Shino and Kai need to return together.
Ekans, BXR 64, Vlaew, Veric can choose between helping the others or working only for hive mind which right now seems to be rebelious against the others' cause, especially Kaerban

Where are you and what are you doing?
EVERYBODY - You are all together on this island beach, there's a cave which elegedly has a jewel inside it, the island had traps on it planted by a still unknown source by Kai has just about done away witha ll of them.

The Diviner is waiting patiently back in the city on the side of the plateu for the jewel.

the hive mind is where he's always been, giving out orders to the mercenaries and seeing and knowing everything through a complicated computational process.

The leaders of both guilds are planning on "hooking up" and heading to Ooma Skooma (a battleship port) together soon along with the rest of you.

Where's Kai? He's looking for Shino up in the air circling the planet.

Where's Shino? Who knows!?
