Hmmm, well I would want the power to control all things electrical, and to use electricity at my will, you know, like shoot bolts of electricity at annoying people and so on...

1) Immortality (frozen at age 25)
2) Invulnerability

Everything else would be just icing.

Coincidentally, I had this same conversation while playing poker earlier. My brother said he wanted to have Doctor Octupus's power of electronically controlled tentacles made from titanium. I chose the ability. I chose invisibilty, and my neighboor chose the ability to fly.

It not really a superpower, but I think it sure is great:

The ability to get paid (alot) to sit at home and play video games all day.

Otherwise I think it would be cool to communicate with animals. What is my cat thinking when she digs her claws in my legs when I walk by?

I'm talking to a guy that might set me up with that ability sometime in the near future. Cool, innit?

The teleport thing Blind_Prophet mentioned would be really cool... no more commuting to anywhere, no more queues on the road, no more airline tickets (Sir Goulum?)...

Just imagine, walk out of your office in NY and step onto the sand of a marvelous caribbean beach!
