How do you know he wanted to do it for fame, mabey he has done stunts in the past like this, mabey not as extreme but mabey thats what he likes to do. So i say if it ment that much to him to try and do it and he knew the risk he's choice. So he might of don't it for the love of thrills and extreme stunts not just for fame.

and maybe out of poverty? do you know how many poor people there are in china? I am not surprised if ppl from my country does things like this for money. I dont think either tragic or comidy is a fitting term.

Why not for the adrenaline rush? I´m sure most people in here has done some silly thing for that... You know it´s silly but you just have to do it. Now some people are more stupid than others which that chinese guy pretty much proves
