Dang! Now you can see what a gas pump does when hit by a truck! Glad the one guy got away from the explosion.

I'd recommend using the media player option to view the video, as my free Real Player wouldn't run the it for some reason. Link to video can be found by clicking on the title above the still pic on the left, or on the right column of stories, just scroll down to find the gas pump header:

Did you ever have somebody plow into your gas pumps TAOWolf? Or drive off with the gas hose still in the tank (heard of that happening before too)?

Yes sounds like you were very lucky Jorath! Sheesh. I just can't understand how one can forget they are pumping gas, and just take off back into their day.

Nevermind the forgetfulness... what gets me are the purely bad drivers out there that are backing up into position to be able to pump gas... back right into the pump (or the actual attendant booth)... I tell ya... some people.

I am left wondering what relation the guy has to the apparent woman in the passenger seat. He sorta waved her out of the car, but took off before making sure she was out. Or am I not seeing the whole picture?

Looks that way Larry, although not sure how you can tell it was a female (video so small). Either way, when given literally seconds to run or die, what do you do? I'm sure he had to have yelled something to the passenger like "get out and run!" Just no time to pull anyone out at that point I'd reckon.
