alright....... Then go to your Infinity Explorer and go to create Item. Then go to help. Go to Instructions and then enjoy! You can find the item's resoruce code in the overide section.

BAMs, you know, like special effects/colors/explosions when the item is used, sound files, colors etc. I saw this sword called Stormbringer someone made, you could use it in BG1, it made this cool wailing sound whenever it was used.
I KNOW the teamBG site has some really good links for customization, i just can't get in because their site has been down for a while. Irenicus, email it to me for sure, i'll check it out. I'll have to make you a Wand of AbiDalzims Wilting... Need to get Armisael in on this thread, he'd know where to get BAMs. |

Now you mention it, I've never even considered sounds from BG2. I have no idea how customizing them is done, either; Infinity Explorer doesn't make a reference to sounds, only graphics. I don't know where they're stored in the game, and I'm not sure what sort of file they use. Odd. It'd be interesting to find out.

Here's a link to Arunder's Abode, some of the info may be a little bit dated, just double check which editors etc he is using. Then try out his links, they're all part of the TeamBG ring.
Rikard, ehm Kael would know about all this stuff as well as he used to work for TeamBG i think. |

So... I can create my oh-so powerful sword then eh? Just by creating an item... btw, how do you put it in your character?

Yes you can create your powerful sword.
What you have to do next is to either use the shadowkeeper or the CLUAConsole cheats to have it. BTW, if you are using the CLUAConsole cheats, its best to remember the file name of your sword. eg; CLUAConsole:CreateItem("sw1h##") |

Oh... so that's it? And do you know where to find customized character dolls? Err... I don't know what they're called... I mean their appearance... I dont want my character to look like the rest!
