I would have to say Haer Dalis. He's terrible. Aerie could beat him arm wrestling His father must be the wimpiest fiend to have ever existed. Perhaps he should be edited to have 100% fire protection or the natural ability to cast fireballs--some advantage for being a tiefling. It's just not right the way he is so weak. Then his pickpocketing skills. 25? That would mean as a bard he would have 50% skill. Yet any bard at his level should have way over 100%.

Shining example of too much versatility equalling too much mediocrity. Can't tank, can't pickpocket, can't sing, can't cast really good spells. Hmm what else? He doesn't even make a useful pack mule as he's too weak.

On the other hand, he IS personality plus - isn't he, my raven?

Now, now, he's not as bad as all that. He's a SUPPORT character.
We can't all be Cavaliers. Who would we pick on and slagg off? Hmmmm?

hmm... i guess the only thing he can do is to identify all the thingies (unidentified stuff)... he is kinda useful for support ... and only support...
