Pissed at having to wait a year for Girl Scout Cookies? (then read this)
Since those darned things only come around once a year and you have to be quick if you want to get your Caramel Delights or Peanut Butter cookies since those are usually the ones to sell out fastest...one would think that by now somebody would have found a way to pirate the recipe and make a good substitute.
Now they have. Keebler have come out with a replica of both and although I've only tried the Caramel/Cocunut/Chocolate cookies so far, I have to say that they've succeeded in bringing something to the market that we were tired of waiting a year to come around. The taste and texture is exactly the same. Yay! I would be surprised if some kind of lawsuit does not come from it but until then, enjoy Keebler's special pricing of under $2 for a whole pack.
