For a constant effect you need a Golden Saint (and I think an Ascended Sleeper will work as well) in either a Grand Soul Gem, or an
Azuth(?) Soul gem. As for multiple effect, as soon as you've added the first effect, you should be able to click on another option to add the second,3rd..etc. The only problem is that they all go off at the same time. So, if you've made a sword that increases Str, and casts Soultrap, as soon as you activate the sword, it all happens at once. [ 05-16-2002, 05:14 PM: Message edited by: Case00 ] |

yeah, find somebody that offers that as training, and then persuade them up to 100% then train away.
they NPC that gives you your first duties in the mage guild will train you in enchantment. there are others im sure, but i havent been around that much yet.

Those are the only options that offer constant effects.

I got a bunch of cool paralyzing arrows during a tomb raid. Can arrows be enchanted (by me)? I took a quick look at the enchant interface and didn't see the option to select arrows. Also it would be stupid to have to use a soul gem for one arrow.

no personal experiance here, but from what i've seen on other forums, no you cannot enchant arrows. I did see one guy that said he made his own enchanted arrows with the construction set, but that might be considered cheating by some people

well, you would first have to have a restore magika spell.
and i'm having trouble imagining a spell that could take magika and then give you more back. i think its kind of illogical. so i'm doubting it.
