When I go to a website I visited earlier, I'm usually required to 'refresh' in order to see new information (or posts.. in this case). Is there anyway to have my IE (I have the latest version - I think) do this on auto?

I think this might helps:
Internet Options (in IE)--> Temporary Internet Files --> Setting... Check for newer version of stored pages: Every visit to the page -- select this option
