Anyone know if you can "un-invoke" an ankh? (SP?)
I've been reading the posts, and it seems that I should have saved them until I reached the max for each attribute, so I can go higher. Thanks! Tree BTW, just because I've seen others listing their party line up, I thought I'd pass along mine.. Adjantis - (M)Human Paladin Ruthak - (M)Gourk Fighter (working on Barbarian) Tigger - (M) Whiska Ranger Marina - (F) Oomphaz Cleric Nakita - (F) Ratling Rogue Llwellen - (F) Pixie Warlock We seem to be doing pretty well so far. Just finished the Serpent Temple and am moving along to the castle. Wish me luck! ------------------ Hey, dragons aren't that tough, I'm a MOM! LOL |

Sorry Tree, but there is no way to "un-invoke" (I don't know if that's a word either) an ankh. I made the same mistake at first until I figured out that your stat's could go over 18. Just make sure that you save them from now on.

nope you can't take it back.... once it's invoked... you cannot de-voke it...
unless you have the game saved before you invoked the thingies... |

Tree,
What a nice main character you have! I mean Adjantis - that is the person who will wield the Mavin, right? It remainds me of BG1 - and my favorite NPC from there And - Welcome! (if I didn't say it already) ------------------ Sincerely Yours, Tanda |

Attributes top out at 24 so don't save more than you need to!
Sometimes someone just needs a boost while they are training for tother things too. Moni |

Hi Tree!!
Using the ankhs was still a good move! I, personally, prefer to use my training time for other things. So I think you did the right thing! Use those ankhs!! As for "un-invoke" - language is a *living* thing. It changes over time. New words are added, other words are forgotten. While there are some "guidelines" to follow - when needed you have every right to create a word for a specific purpose! Wyv |
