Yes this is a group of dopplegangers who have tracked down your party. For some reason I have it in the back of my head they were part of the twisted rune quest that is incomplete in the game, has to do with the leather tanner who skins people, the guy you meet in the Umar Hills village who you contact (who deals with the twisted rune guys).
In that game, did you talk with the guy in the village who makes the magical skin cloak? Did you kill him? It would be neat to track down just who sends them, why they show up, etc. |
