someguys only 12 so probably his uncle was pulling his leg. i dont know why, but uncles tend to do that, its one of the great misteries of life. the funny uncle, every family has one.

Plus.. unless he's visited his so-called uncle in jail, how could his uncle tell him the story? Unless of course he uncle is already out of jail, but then.. why sue?

I could go into all the clauses and possible charges for sleeping on grass and all the things you need to possess before you can actually sue another person but..
