If any of those conspiracy nuts were even half right this bozo would have been caught by now...I hope they take some lessons about what our government "secret agencies" are and are not capable of

You would be supprised at just what they are capable of .... our problem is not in data collection, that we do QUITE well. I won't enumerate our weaknesses though ...

Don't forget that the folks from the FBI, CIA, and NSA are human and, thus, not perfect. Every now and then they, too become stumped or find themselves at...well, for lack of a better phrase, at a loss for an idea.
