If you were born in the Forgotten Realms, what race would you be?

Inspired by an old poll from Memnoch, that got bumped back into existance recently, about where you would want to live in Faerûn, I came up with this question: what race would you think you'd be? Taking into account your personality, outlook on life and maybe physical appearance.

For example, if you're hard-working and law-abiding, with a generally serious personality, you would be a Dwarf. If you're a malicious, cruel and evil megalomaniac, you're a Drow Elf. If you are subversive and slightly insane, the race of Gnome would fit you best.

For myself, I'd say Sylvan Elf, because I'm a bit of a loner, I love to be outdoors in nature (or at least the small bits of real nature we still have left here in the Netherlands

) and I'm just slightly anti-social.

hmmm...probably a type of elf, I like the outdoors, I can be frivolous, but wise(

Humans can be anything they want to be...they just have to put their mind to it.

Possibly a Wood Elf, since I love forests and nature, maybe a Halfling since I like to be comfortable, a small chance of being a gnome since I can be inventive at times, but probably a human, since that's what I'm most like [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Im not sure what id be actually.... I have characteristics of a few different races...

I make a large point of staying out of the 'in' group at all costs... I guess that would make me a Sylvan...

I do my absolute best to not let my friends down wherever this is possible... halfling, i think...

It takes alot to get on the wrong side of me, but once someone does, they will regret it... mix between an Orc and a High Elf, probably...

I am a fast thinker, but physically very slow... Half Elf ??

I am one of the stronger (but by no means the strongest) of my grade... HalfOgre...

I am a bit phsyco at times.... gnome...

My forte would be maths/science... probably fits in with the gnomish inventive trait...

I like reading, ALOT... so that would almost put me down as a mage... so Human or Elf maybe...

I like the outdoors a bit, and have a deep respect for wildlife... so Sylvan...

So im probably some sort of Elf, i guess...

I think i'd be either a dwarf or a half-orc. Definitely a fighter and definitely dual-wielding axes.
