Nah, that's just dietary establishment scare talk. My cholesterol and triglycerides have gone way down since I've been on the diet.

Hah, got ya beat! Didnt get up till after 12. Turned an essay in at 2, then came right back. Got some chem questions answered in 5 minutes, and I'm back again! [img]tongue.gif[/img] Just gotta do a little Chemistry quiz today, and all my responsibilities are done!

Hm, downsides. Well, there's the very-low carb two-week induction period. It's tough weaning off of them. You sure get tired of bacon and cheese omelets. But, then you can loosen up and coast. You get odd cravings, like for bread, but you never think about sugar or pizza because there are great low-carb ice cream novelties out there. You never are hungry. And, you may gain the weight back after you get off, but that's true of any diet plan.
