What does trample do in the card game “Magic” ??

If a creature that is 4/4 and has trample attacks and is blocked by a lesser creature, like 2/1 the rest of the damage after it has killed the lesser creature is dealt to the creatures owner...

Also, can an enchant creature be played on an opponent ??

Did you mean Can an enchant creature be played on an opponent's creature, if so:
An Enchant creature can be played on any creature regardless of who controls it your opponent or you.

and even better you still control it, pacifism and consuming ferocity were two of my favorite combo's, (consuming ferocity, +1 counter on your upkeep, when the creature has 4 bury it and it does it's power in damage to the creatuers controller) (pacifism, enchanted creature cannot attack or block) gives him a bigger beast he can't use that hurts him in a few turns
