This is the last quest from the town center in the Ishad'na(sp?)....anyway this guy is supposed to be north in the mountains (near Dragon Spire maybe?), but i just dont see him....could someone tell me where this bugger is. Thanks!

He's on the far side of the Spire, heading towards Brimloch Roon. You have to either complete the Spire first (getting the Mavin and head towards Brimloch), or get very lucky with a "Vanish" spell on yourself near where Torin is that will pop you over to the other side.
Best bet: if you haven't finished Dragonspire, do so first. Then follow the cliff down from where you get the Mavin onto the path to Brimloch Roon. Believe me, you'll find him...his men are EVERYWHERE.  -Sazerac |

You don't find the Bandit King until after you complete the Dragon Spire.
Well, you can find him before, but only if you climb mountains or use other tricks to get to Brimloch Roon before completing the Spire. The Bandit King waits for you between the Dragon Spire and Brimloch Roon. As you travel to Brimloch, he will find you.
