hehe! just got this game and i'm already wanting to know if there are any romances. my character is a male monk and he's looking for a relationship with a female. anyone he should be on the lookout for? its ok to spoil me but you might want to state that for the other readers. thanks a bunch.

NWN isnt really about depth of NPC interaction. There are no romances. There are conversations you can have with NPCs, but its nothing like BG2 or PS:T. Mind you nothings yet equalled PS:T for this sort of thing. But at least its not as bad as IWD.

Thats as far as the official content goes BTW, I have no idea if any of the third party mods are better.

It is not romance but you can check out the Moonstone Mask. There is an encounter with the opposite sex there.

there aren't any romances?? I'm fairly sure my chick is in a romance with aren gend (sp?), or atleast the necklace he gave me says it was to his lover. that and lets just say he's overly interested in my character's well-being and gets all flustered when he talks to her. but it isn't as detailed as any you'll find in BG2.

Shadowlords is the first series. Dreamcatcher the sequel. Don't forget the hack pack

On another note, there are three NPC's you can take. All with alot of dialogue. I'm currently romancing Anera, though I've been told that Tiera provides an interesting romance as well.

All the Shadowlords/Dreamcatcher modules got extremly high rating at the NWVAULT. They are the best of the best

In the later modules, you get the option to ride on a Dragon (!!!) and command your own army! The scripting and dialogue is superb. And the writter has a very dry sense of humor.

Question Mark

You get to ride a dragon? How does that work? and when! i'm just on the first one now, but now that i know it contains romance and all that other cool stuff i'm motivated to continue.
Anyway while i'm talking does anyone know where i can download WinRAR? or just a trial or something like that. Thanks see ya.
