My strategy only works for my characters, (fighter/mages) just use Simalcurum and let the copies do all the melee fighting. Maybe throw in a timestop too.

Simalcurum is really great if you don't want to waste good scrolls. I let my fighter/mage put as many scrolls I need in the quick slot, then use Vailors helmet, and use the scrolls from the copy. I still have 9 scrolls of protection from undead in underdark because of this. |

... . .. . .. . Another thing you can do is lower the difficulty level for that fight - not really a cheat - just cheesy. But you can practice at the lower difficulty and see what works then come back and do it at the regular level of difficulty. |
