Here's something odd. All of a sudden I can't access Google from my office PC (was working fine a few days ago, no new stuff added). I get a "cannot find server" error.
A similar thing happens when I use the search function in Yahoo. Any ideas?

probably a worm or maybe some spyware. chech your computer with the antivirus program of your choice and an anti-spyware utility like ad-aware.

Everything else checks out normally. Norton AV is always on, plus I run adaware regularly (once every 2 -3 days).
I also noticed a lot of HD activity going on when there shouldn't be eg when I'm typing a document on MS Word.
