Is it possible to restore attributes without removing items which fortifies said attributes. I've tried spells, potions and shrines, but nothing works unless I remove the items.
About resistance to magicka, will it influence "positive" spells such as healing or fortifying spells. C

You must remove your equipment first before casting the restore attribute spell.
Resistance to magicka won't effect your healing capability and fortiying spell. |

It's really annoying because I've enchanted a shirt and a pair of pants with fortifying str. and end. 1 to around 20 as const. effect, and to get the best result, I've to reequip a gazillion times.
Oh well.. I guess I've to live with it. Thanks, C
