So my fiance and I finished BG2 last night. Must say it was quite the finish even if my sorcerer stood there for the last half the fight stunned. Dang Spell trap didn't stop it. but on the other hand, we did finish it and go "Wow.. that a blast."
So, now what? I'm not sure I want to dive into ToB inasmuch as I could go for a minor change from the Infinety engine pace, and my machine isn't good enough to go to Pool Of Radiance II... and we need a game w/ good multiplayer support. Vampire looked good except that the multiplayer really wasn't very well supported (at least not for playing pre-made games) and we didn't find it very entertaining. Any suggestions? Download the Darkest Day and go through it again. A ton of
new kits, spells, critters, quests, etc. I've been hooked again since I got it up and running. |

well... I was thinking about getting away from the BG style for a little while. Jenni's all good to go on DD, but I'm a little more leary. I was wondering about some of those other CRPG's out there.

If you want out of the BG world, I suggest you try Diablo.
This is the next best game I have ever played, off course after SoA. ------------------ What we do in life, echoes in eternity |

Well, I'll suggest this only if you have two computers.
*whispers Everquest* But keep in mind that you prolly won't see your wife anymore except online and in the bedroom. That could be good or bad depending on your point of view I spose. EQ is very addicting. If you want a game you can play for an hour or two... save... then continue at your liesure, DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. ------------------ Tehmpus Thales the permanently InSaNe |

Try out Arcanum. Damn good game if you ask me. Very unique setting. Allthough it is buggy from time to time.
