When using Winrar is there a way to specify how large your files are when spanning across multiple discs?
eg breaking up a 2meg file into 4 500k files, as opposed to 1 file of 1.4meg and 1 of 600k If so, how do you do it....answers on a postcard please |

on my WINRAR when i add a file(or more) ive the followin options
"compression method" (always best) "dictionary size" (not sure about the effects) and "volume size" here u choose e.g. 1,4 mbyte and winrar will compress a 10 mbyte file to 7 1,4mybte files and one 0,2 mbyte file |
