ok. I understand that there is the add-in and the add on. Before playing the add-in, (meaning the new city area south of Amn, where the war is raging), it is logical to play the add-on, first, (meaning the Watcher's Keep). What I am wondering is when you receive news of the need to go south and play with your bro.s and sis.s, will you be able to just go off to the Keep, and ignore the plea to go into the southern town? My main concern would be time limits on certain things. Like, if you go peek in down south, then decide to go to the keep, you cannot, or you find you only have two days to do whatever in before the world collapses. Can anyone put me at ease?

And while I have everyone's attention, because I am sure that every person on this board is reading this, I would like to see a Throne of Bhaal forum set up, soon. We have BGI and the expansion together into one forum, but should BGII and ToB be united into one? The expansion seems to be large enough to hold it's on little place. ¿What are your opinions, mis hermanos y hermanas?

If ToB is as "vast" as Heart of Winter, I'm sure it would fit in the existing forum with room to spare. I imagine that Black Isle/Interplay dares not make this one as short, though.

I'd have to have a good think about splitting forums, Larry. Logically, they should go together - I don't think we would generate excessive traffic levels to necessitate creating a new forum. Splitting forums tend to kill off a lot of inter-forum traffic. Conversely, I'm also concerned about people who might post ToB spoilers which reveal plot endings in BG2.

Let me sleep on this one. I'll talk to Ziroc and see what his thoughts are, then we'll move forward on it.

Just to clarify, the ADD-IN is Watchers Keep, the ADD-ON is the city of Saradush in Tethyr. Watcher's Keep is called an add-in because it is added INTO the existing BG2 environment, while Saradush is added to the END.

Not sure about time limits. I am pretty sure that you haven't got a timelimit to complete the main quest, though.
