Its supposed to snow here tonight/tomorrow but turn to sleet/rain. Oh the joy. No way I'm going to the grocery store, I'd probably get mugged by a soccer mom in the bread aisle.

My friend, it is 30 degrees fahrenheit outside, now. And a 20 mph north wind. As we say in Texas, "There's only one barbed wire fence right now between here and Canada. And that's down."

Is it snowing over in your neck of the woods, Galadria? I can't tell from the Weather.com map. It's still coming down bucketsful here in Denton.

Cheers,

Still snowing here in Duncanville.

For a Mexican from SOUTH Texas, this is weird...

I'm cold.
and I don't know what to do...

My shorts and tee-shirts aren't working...

I heard about blankets, need to find some...

Build me a snowman!
All we got here is cold wet drizzle...36 non-stop hours of it expected by the time its done...22 down, 14 to go.

It snowed deep wet sticky snow once during the near twenty years I lived in Arizona. Our work load was low so I talked the boss into letting "me and the girls" go out and play (four of us). We built a snowman, a snow lady for him and then a wall to hide behind while we pelted the warehouse workers across the street. What nice guys they were! They got out into it and threw some back at us and the battle lasted for at least an hour!

huh, it never snows in Auckland, I wish I wish...

Have fun in your snow, all that are cold! But have a hot chocolate on me when youve finished!

Uh that's really cold. If it ever got that cold down here, everybody would go crazy.

And for those of you northern types rolling your eyes, I saw that! Bear with us, we only see this about once every 3 years. 1/2 inch falls and the town goes wild, and we've got 3 inches predicted. I may not have to work tomorrow!

Cheers,

It is snowing? In Texas? WOW!!!!!! The weather is changing all over the world!

Still cold here today, we got 2 inches (5cm) of snow. Sazerac, how much did you get? My stepson and son built a snowman in our backyard. They used a carrot for the nose, but we don't have coal, so they used M&Ms for the eyes.

*sigh* Just pouring down rain here...

But at least that's better than the sleet/freezing rain we were supposed to get. However, if it doesn't let up soon, I'll need a boat to get to work.
