Hi there and Happy new year, i'm going through the game again and have encountered a locked door that after I try to attack Xuemoni(sorry for the spelling)and then run for cover, the door I'm trying to go back through is locked and has an apparent spell on it that the thief can't help with. This didn't happen my last time through and I've retryed a few times already. What's up with this? I was ready to finish up and get to severed hand but I'm stuck against this door and getting cut to pieces!

This is interesting; I went back, left my thief in the door, fought the battle without him, we did all right,needed to run and rest , got out through the door, but, when we came back, the door wouldn't let us back in!! Now we couldn't get at her to finish her off. One minute we can't get away, and the next minute we can get back in. message says door may have a magic spell on it...

I thought the door only opened when you killed Yxenoumei (spelling?).

Yes the door is locked soon as the fight starts and it will open only after you kill Yxomenei. It is not a bug.
